Digital Learning Technologies migrates Knowledge Base to new site

UIT Digital Learning Technologies (DLT) recently migrated its Knowledge Base from Zendesk to ScreenSteps to improve the organization and presentation of help articles. Support topics include Adobe, Canvas, Kaltura, Simple Studio, Zoom, audiovisual systems, and other educational and classroom tools.
