The 2024 UIT Holiday Party was held December 16 in the Suite Lounge of Rice-Eccles Stadium's Ken Garff University Club. The event featured doorbusters, a holiday buffet, prize giveaways, and a festive sweater contest. 

In 2024, the Node 4 newsletter included 91 articles, Campus vignettes, Employee Success and IT security tips, in addition to various updates and reminders.

Longtime friends and colleagues gathered at 102 Tower on November 7 to bid Chief Information Security Officer Corey Roach “fair winds and following seas” ahead of his retirement and relocation to the East Coast.

Monthly events — including bagel and doughnut breakfasts and Halloween celebrations — have helped to build morale and team spirit, lessen stress, and spark creativity during a busy fall semester.

The Teaching and Learning Portfolio met on November 9, the Strategic Information Technology Committee reconvened on November 12, the Architecture and New Technology Committee regrouped on November 25, and the Enterprise Web Advisory Council met on December 12.
